Day 4: KK Subotica @ KK Sabac Warriors

KK Subotica: 31
KK Sabac Warriors: 135

Pumped from yesterday's convincing win, Sabac went out to prove that they belong in the Prima Serbia division once more, managing to win by a baffling 104 points, their second win by over 100 points this season. (The first game of the season the Sabac Warriors won by a mind boggling 133 points.) In the first quarter Subotica made it look like it would be a good game, with a 21 to 15 start, with Sabac leading by 6 at the end of the quarter. Then, the Warriors turned up the intensity, scoring 26 points in the quarter and in the most impressive defensive performance of the season, holding Subotica scoreless through the entire quarter. Then, the next quarter, the offense was what got ratcheted up as Sabac scored 41 points in the 3rd quarter alone, before churning in 47 points in the 4th quarter and managing to hold Subotica to 4 points in the 4th quarter.

A night of alll around great team play was overshadowed by the two star players for Sabac, Blake Blake and Gordon Goldhammer. Blake Blake brought home the Man of the Match award for the second night in a row, and had an excellent night. Going off for 29 points (12/15 shooting, 4/6 FT), 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks over the course of the game. Gordon Goldhammer managed 23 points (9/11 shooting, 3/4 FT), 9 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal in his 36 minutes of play time. Daniel Simmons also had an extraordinary game, managing 17 points (6/11 shooting, 4/4 FT), 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks.

On the other end of the floor, nobody on the entire Subotica team managed to score in double digits, the team high being 7 points by Keosden Porhay. It should be noted that no player on the entire Sabac team was held to under 9 points.
